Agreed. Loved it though, love the fact that all the beef was from WA (majority anyway) and they told you if it wasn't.

Not like Neil Perry - bullshit artists, buys all his meat for the Burswood restaurant from over east - completely flogged out a couple of local producers as well, groomed them to produce enough for his consumption, then chased a cheaper cut!

WANKER!

I would be keen to try the Angus Pale Ale, not so sure about the others... pershaps the brown ale.

Is it just the picture or are the portions a bit small?

Looks like a nice place!

That's ******... As much as I like people buying stuff from here and helping our economy I think in that case it is wrong, he should be supporting the local blokes there!

That burger is MONSTROUS, my steak was only 120G - but I ordered it as a 120G so I knew it would be small. Very expensive, that steak cost me $33 and I believe the burger was $28.5

Great food though.

On the Neil Perry front; we aren't talking about a quality issue (which is what he is having people believe) I know as of last night FOR A FACT that it is simply a dollar issue. Wanker. Seriously, he talks constantly about local produce. I used to really respect the guy until last night when I found out about all of this from a SOLID AS A ROCK source.

Choice ones for me were the darker larger, the darker pale and the ginger once it had warmed up

I know it's more a show car than a concept but I really like it.
Very Boyd Coddington 'Cadzilla' style.

It will never go into production so I guess that counts.

Neil Perry sounds like a wanker.

The memorial pale? I thought that was quite interesting, though I'm still unsure what was Australian about it.. I like the sentiment though.

GREAT CONCEPT CHOICE!

Haha, I thought that was funny... we were talking about style guidelines and someone mentioned the Honey character... haha. Oh well!

My new Pale smells like apricot, which is apparently a no no aswell!?

Just had to log in and say Jase - that's my favorite concept of all time!

I remember going to the Sydney Motor Show to see that back when I was in high school. Still have the pics I took somewhere on my computer! I recall saying "bullshit, I'm sure they'll put this into production within a couple of years"

Damn, I was wrong :(
