Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. $800/fortnight. Not terrible actually. Given its location and all...Nah, fortnightly Morganass.

Location is everything. I personally would rather pay lots of money to live in a shoebox sized property where I want, than a big comfy property in a suburb too far from everything.
I'm still living with the folks at the moment. Good times!

My best mate and his wife rent a 3 bedroom house 1 street away from the beach with garage, AC, floor boards, big backyard, etc for about $340 /week.
Surely you could get a mortgage for $800/ft night?

Absolutley I could, but I don't want to yet.
Don't get me wrong, its an awesome location, but yeah, just really expensive. I'm actually looking at moving into a house soon, but may need to find someone else to move in too.
Don't particulary want to move away from here, i would prob consider St Ives, Hornsby and Ryde, but thats about as far as i'd go, purely for work commitments. And i cbf travelling on the highway everyday to get to work.
I'm def going to review it in 6 months time when our lease is up. I need something with a garage!!!!
