World's first internet car radio, Aussie-style

"The system uses a Bluetooth connection to stream internet radio from a 3G-capable mobile phone, and was developed in conjunction with Melbourne-based company MiRoamer, which specialises in streaming audio."

I think while data is so expensive over 3G its going to be pretty unpopular. Good in concept though I guess.

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

So if they are streaming the audio through blutooth via the mobile, you would assume that you can them play any MP3 media that you have stored on the device. If so, how is this a new thing? If it is purely for streaming radio or songs from dedicated sites on the net, I think the whole thing will be EPIC FAIL. iPod connectivity is at an all time high for head units as well as there being a pretty good choice for FM stations. Those two thing compared with dodgy 3G connections and high costs will win every time.

I went for a drive in a new shape STI today. They go quite well and feel great. Only colour to get is the Black as it hides a lot of the ugly front end. Still don't think I'd buy one. Also drove the XT Forester. I liked that one alot even if it isn't as quick as the old one.

In white the rear lights look OK. Bugger me if Subaru aren't starting to seriously discount new cars. Without even haggling they were offering an STI (full fruit pack) for $67k. Normally $73k. A demonstrator for low to mid $60's. Times are only getting better for buying boys and girls.

You can buy overlays for them, and also actual aftermarket "de-altezzarising" tailights too.

Now, why didn't Subaru do that from the factory? I like the shape of the lights, even if the rest of the car looks like a obse downsyndrome suffer.

Haha I love how a few years ago people couldn't get enough of altezzas, and now they're making overlays to get rid of them...

I would have gone to the kitchen, collected a brown bag, dropped my dacks, pinched off a loaf in said bag, done up dacks, stickytaped bag, placed bag in envelope, and mailed it right to your face for being such a tool.

It's ok, sometimes when we herp, we also derp.
