I came across this today while having a look under my steering wheel/dash
Looks like someone has put two pins into the end of one of the cables,
Could someone let me know what this does?
and can i remove them? as im pretty sure there not stock

LMAO... thats looks like a kosti method of "closing" the loop. To reflash your ECU you have to plug the 2 green connectors together and then usually plug in a closed loop plug into that same connector which will close the loop. Looks like kosti just done it on the cheap with some paper clips. Edit: You can remove them, and they are not stock. I've got an actual plug that connects to it....... from what it looks like you just have to stick a paperclip over the 2 pins to create the loop.
