So boys and girls I have a 97 WRX ClubSpec, EJ20G

I work at a toyota and through the suby dealership they own I done some work there so I need to clean the IACV valve.

So I took it off and now we have 3 things, the IACV valve, the old gasket and a round plastic piece (the part I need advice on)

That was in the original hole that air would enter the throttle body.

So should I just place the round plastic piece back in that hole or is there some rule I need to put it in again? Cheers.

You have the round rubber seal which holds in a round metal diaphragm. You should have four pieces. Pic of everything you have?
