His car. WRX

Upgraded turbo
Upgraded intercooler
Pod filter

Boost gauge
Short shifter
3" TBE

Touchscreen head unit
Few dings and some dodgy suby paint

Let me know what you think guys.

lf it was me would do it get a better car, may need some work but a R can never be a WRX

I would personally do it for the better car. Despite the work that has been put into the wrx you can erase the km's it's done. Although it's an R you could easily do work to it and make it pretty smooth. I think in the long run would be worth the swap if you could do it. I've been in a few R's and they surprisingly fun and run really nicely. So they would defs get the good end of the dealast and so would you.

I would say that this is more than a fair deal, I have been trying so hard to do swaps for myself, and I'm surprised you got a good of a deal as you did!

If I were you I'd definitely take the WRX, with all those modifications done to it, I reckon it would be a fun car to drive, plus in my opinion the WRX is 100% better than the R.

Either way both ends of the deal would get a good car trade, so definitely trade in the R for the WRX.

The wrx is probably due for some major repairs or a head gasket. Otherwise I don think someone would trade it for an impreza.

Get it checked over before the swap.

Look for bubbles in the coolant.

This. Give it a hell of a going over and a thorough test drive. If he says no to either walk away

The WRX has had its head gasket replaced 3000kms ago and I do intend on getting a thorough inspection done on it before committing.

I've owned both of these models, and I'd definitely trade the 'prezza for the wrx. Can't beat the response and driving feel that the wrx just gives and gives. Got my first one on my Ps and drove it as a daily until last week, needed a change. Definitely trade if it's a fair deal, do your research too. good luck with the deal!
