Little intro first, i moved here from Ozlib only a week or so ago but love the site! Im from Newcastle in NSW, this is my B4 build thread, its my first real car after driving a 89 Ford Laser while on my P's but graduated to the B4 about 4 months ago !
Its a AUDM 03 B4, Auto , just clicked over 80k
Bought 4 months ago, stock except king low springs in the front, 18" ROH Fury wheels and a muffler.
This is what she looked like when i got her.
First mod was to black out the chrome front grill. Just a quick diy job with some sandpaper and matte black paint.
Next up was a full 3" Turbo back exhaust.
I also painted the engine cover in gloss red (it makes it go faster you know)
Next i tinted the tail lights with Nightshade, i was surprised at how well this stuff worked.
Ignore the black wheels on this, was just a photochop to see how they would look, but you can see the result on tinting the rear lights.
I installed a STI front lip, while not made for the B4 it fits fine with a bit of modding!
Next i added a Hyperflow Cold Air Induction kit, this gives a very nice induction note!
Got a new set of 19x8 wheels put on the car yesterday.
Recieved this in the mail yesterday! Will be put on tomorrow
As will this

I should just convert to single, right?As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;
"My eye is watering, this might be a bit hot"

Neat car but the rims look cheap and youve just made your car illegal with the rear garnish tinted that dark.
At least polish the nightshades as it comes up quite glossy DONT leave it straight out of the can with that matt look as it looks tacky.
Car was nice. I agree with Mark. Tacky cheap wheels make the car look tacky and cheap.
As long as its your thing, its all that matters.
Look forward to the other mods though.

How many kilowatts does that red engine cover add?
and whats that visor thingy on the back window? I sort like that, was that a factory option?
Haha dont hate on the red cover! Was somthing a little different and i didnt have dark blue paint on hand so i just went red. Think i will have to respray it blue now but to go with the blue rubber intercooling piping i just got done installing.
And yea i THINK the visor was a factory option, not being original owner i am not 100% sure, i quite like the look of it, may get it color coded one day, once again im leaving it on cause its different to the 'norm'.

Thats one mean looking Lib. Not a fan of the rims but everything else looks pretty schmick!
If your in Newy, you should try come down for the Central Coast monthly meet, if you haven't already. Would be keen to check out your car
Thanks i think haha....... yea i guess if i was to try and sum up in one word the look im trying to achieve with the car it would be 'mean' . Thats one of the main reasons for going with these wheels, i think they give the car a very aggressive stance, i understand they arnt everyones cup of tea, i was considering going black powdercoated WRX wheels but every tom d**k and harry has them on there lib (no offence to those who do! they do look sweet).
And yea mate i do want to get down to the CC meet soon! Im a bit of a perfectionist and dont want to take it out with things only half assed done, like the front bar is at the moment (attacked with an angle grinder to fit the front mount)

Just another pic of the tinted rear garnish. Has been cleaned up a little since the last pic.
This is the Hybrid Boost Gauge that is connected to the boost controller (that currently isnt working as iv obviously put it to the wrong vac lines, curse subaru for running 103,495 vacuum lines through these things!)
Whats that hiding behind the front bar ?
Just another few pics.
Onces finances permit, which will hopefully be in 2 weeks or so. The car will be getting a Stage 3 ECUTEK tune , will also be getting a upgraded fuel pump at this time. Hoping for 200kw at the wheels.
