Title really says it all haha

the amount of confusing wiring diagrams for what might be my ecu has made me really scepticle that this is something i'm game to take on......all the mechanical fitment side doesn't phase me its just the whole cutting wires on my ecu thing that makes me go hell no!

I'm spoke to an autoelec and i'm not really confident he will have any more luck than me except he deals with wires everyday.....

So any recomendations on where i could go or even better maybe i could ply someone from the forum in the melbourne area with a slab (or bottle of spirits) who has done these before hahahaha

An AVCR should be a standalone boost controller. Shouldnt have to cut any ecu wires. Should only need switched 12v and a ground then the solenoid should just plug in with its own loom id think. Might also need a constant 12v to save your settings

they still need to communicate with each other otherwise the ecu will be still thinking it's running the standard boost/duty cycle and shit itself when there is way more psi or wastegate vale changes, throw engine light and most likely trip limp mode in a heart beat

The ecu will be telling the BCS what to do, not the BCS telling the ecu what its doing. Would be better of getting an aftermarket 3 port solenoid and getting the stock ecu tuned. The newer ecus dont like anything being changed without a proper tune

i have the apexi 3 port solenoid that comes with the controller, it's going into hp-f for a tune in the next couple of weeks anyway cause I've put on the intake, exhaust, new plumback bov and Walbro pump so it's time to get them all operating together

Yeah the avcr takes rpm signal and vehicle speed iirc

Personally I would check with the tuner what they prefer
Standalome boost control or factory with a 3 port
