So, after all the drama with hesitation on driving I took the throttle body off to clean it.
apparently I have ruined it by opening the butterfly to clean it (sealed drive by wire) and now I am having all sorts of problems with codes etc.
I have one of our guys willing to post me a replacement but am keen to know, if there is a reset I can perform or have I ruined the throttle body by manually opening the throttle?
car is 2006 2.0R DOHC N/A

Manually opening it shouldn't have caused issues as I have done that plenty of times pm various DBW subys.
You're not getting any check engine light ?
And have you tried leaving the car battery disconnected overnight ?

Left batt disconnected, still throwing several codes related to throttle position, threw on a second hand throttle body and all good now.
I was told by several peops on FB suby that I forked the TB by manually opening it.
main problem was would b=not rev past 3k and tried test drive and WOT barley gave me enough gas to move the car.
