will they (s-tech teins) be right with std height shocks? or do I have to get lowered shocks aswell? sorry just wanna do it right the 1st time.
Are you using standard gen3 shocks or getting bilsteins?

Saaweeeet! thanks for the help.The S-Tech's will suit it perfectly. They are designed to match the Bilsteins that you will find as standard on the RSK over in Japan.
@ $326 delivered a WHOLE $6 more than the kings (damn... will have to break open the kids piggy bank again! LOL). Bargain! Just don't tell my missus it'll be lowered eh .

Brand new Kings $220 for a set of four.
But yes The Teins will be better.

yup, was quoted $320 for the kings. I'd rung a few places bout the shocks and they were heaps cheaper so I didn't bother ring back round bout the springs. ohwell I was getting ripped then neways so to them.

lol nah King Coil bro- has handle'd the bumps good so far but starting to sag a bit after 3 yrs!

King Springs aren't as bad as everyone thinks. They're decent and provide a firm ride with the right setup.
I remember reading in a comparison test that they were stiffer than the more expensive springs.
Dude, we're talking about kings on Bilstein struts here...
Kings are an "OK", cheaper option for factory struts if you want the lowered look while still maintaining a sort of resonable ride. Kings are not tuned or rated for the Bilstein struts and will make the car sit too high due to the Billies being slightly longer than OEM.
