Hi
I know, I just joined and im already asking for something.
There seems to be areas for most newer Suby types but none for the 'Vorg"
Any chance of setting one up? Of course I have one.
MY18 STI in RED!
Thanks

Good point. Hopefully an admin will check this out and set up the new forum for these models to be discussed in.
Wanting to buy/looking for: single genuine STi rim, genuine STi front lip, Corazon or Zero/Sports grille and another OEM grille
Can you hook a brother up? Please contact me now. I have cash ready.

Would be great, underrated model. I really wanted one but ended up with a STI

It's just an Impreza/WRX wagon with softer body lines. Would be up to the forum mods, but I would just tack it onto the Impreza / WRX / STi sub forum.

The forester is just a jacked up impreza with a taller body, why did it get its own sub forum?
Because toaster.
I vote XV's get their own sub forum.

Why not create an FA/FB engined cars section, so all the rubbish can be in the one place.

Hi All,
I am a newbie to the forum and am hoping to have some light shed on some issues and also to share some problems we have had with the Levorg.
So has anyone experienced similar issues and what was the outcome? Any info greatly welcomed.
Cheers.

Hi All,
I am a newbie to the forum and am hoping to have some light shed on some issues and also to share some problems we have had with the Levorg.
- LHS rear muffler had an internal rattle. The local dealer couldn't find it after having the car for a week and on another 3 occassions. A local tech found it instantly once he put it on the hoist. Subaru dealer replaced it on warranty after we brought it to their attention.
- Heavy rain sets off fault lights on dash - The rain set off the warning light initially for the eyesight technology and then engine light and then the sports mode light came on. Our local dealer had some young guy in the service advisor role said it was due to "bad fuel". Complete crap. Particularly as the engine was running fine.
So has anyone experienced similar issues and what was the outcome? Any info greatly welcomed.
Cheers.
In heavy rain or fog the eyesight only can only see what we can see, so fork all, its not sure what to do.
Fuel sounds like crap reason, probs just the system doesnt know what to do,
Have you read the owners manual about the eyesight system yet ??

Sounds like your dealership are pretty useless. Unless you are on some capped price service deal I'd suggest going to an independent mechanic who specialises in Subarus.
I also recommend buying an OBD2 bluetooth reader for any car owner. They are only $70 Link here
Then download Torque or MIni OBD2 on to your phone. With the app and reader you can scan for fault codes when things like the above occur, save it and take it to your local tech/mechanic. Some places will charge >$100 to just scan and diagnose a fault like this, so you make the $70 back pretty quick. It can also show you live info like exact water and oil temp etc if you are interested in that sort of thing.
