Howdy lads,

I've researched so bloody much and can't find a definitive answer.

Long story short, rack and/or bushes are dicked, and I'm looking at (obviously) a quick rack. Specifically, an early GD (pre '06) STi Spec C FE440.

I already have some SuperPro bushes and I got myself the Whiteline KCA313 kit.

From what I've read, there is a GC to GD knuckle adapter which I know will fit a gen 2, can anyone confirm it will fit a gen 3?

Lines etc seem to be p'n'p.

Any insight would be useful.

Thanks all.

I mean, that would be alright, but 2.2 turns to lock just sounds fun :P

Although, even 2.7 would be nicer than my shitheap. Just that little bit quicker.

I sent an email to L&E Fabrication in the states to see if a BE/BH adapter could be made available. If not, I'll probably move to a GC/GF option instead. Jeeezzzz, the Type RA ones are pricey as shit!

Ooooh, so the L&E GC-GD thingy would fit..

Wicked! You're a gun Nick, thanks! Don't know why I struggle with steering racks lol.

That boi speaks the truth.

In regards to fitment, the GC bolts straight in.

But my halfcut had the speed sensitive GTB rack, the pipes go in on a different angle to the standard racks,

Enzed had to mod my turbo lines to make it all fit.

Your H6 should be a straight swap unless it has the speed sensitive rack.

Reporting only works if an admin comes online  :negative:

True. But it’s there for them to deal with rather than fishing around or stumbling across it. That’s why it’s there so we keep the forum clean of this crap through reporting it.

That’s my take. I’ll continue reporting it...

Cheers
