Hey everyone. Has anyone removed the window stops in a gen 2 lib (non power windows), Just annoys me how they dont come all the way down. I am unsure if its even possible but thought I may try and find a bit of info before having a look tomorrow. Cheers Jesse

The rear, You know how the windows doesnt quite go all the way down and sits at an odd angle? Im assuming that they are there to stop the window from hitting the door. May not be the same for power windows, different models? Cheers Jesse

oh their physically isnt enough room for the window to go all the way down, because of the arch for the wheel well.

dont bother trying, i pull these apart every day.. the reason it drops down on an angle is to give the most opening possible, unless you somehow find some magical folding glass your not going to get it any lower lol as mentioned the rear arch is what stops the window from going lower. second to all that the doors are a absoloute BEEATCH to work with anything inside them, unless a window stops working i recomend NOT FIDDLING WITH THEM! :empathy3:
