Ok so after a bit of chatter in the general thread and some tentative interest i've gone ahead a registered an official Suby Club Movember team.

I encourage EVERYONE to please join/donate and become part of this. If you can donate money, then perfect but if you can only lend your face to grow a mo and help the team please make sure you check out the links below. The more people we have on our team then the more chance we'll have to raise money and spread the word about the importance of mens health.

This is a team effort so even if you think you can't help raise money yourself please join as it will help the rest of us collect. Power in numbers. Lets show that Suby Club is serious about mens health

Whether we raise $1 or $1,000,000 it's all good. Registration is FREE so costs you nothing to participate

Hi,

I am growing a moustache for Movember this year and am looking for recruits to join my team.

Movember is about raising much needed funds and awareness for men’s health – specifically prostate cancer and depression in men. Important when you learn that close to 3,000 men die of prostate cancer each year in Australia and one in eight men will experience depression in their lifetime - many of whom don’t seek help.

The more people I can get onboard, the more awareness and money will be raised and so I am asking you to join my team and either grow a moustache as a Mo Bro, or sign on as a Mo Sista and help out with raising funds.

Although this is for a serious cause i reckon we should still have a bit of fun with it!

On the first of November i think all Suby Club members who have joined the Movember team should post up their 1/11/09 pic in this thread. The photos should be taken with a news paper displaying the date for confirmation. No cheating lads We could have weekly updates etc and i will try and organise a few small prizes to give out at the end of Movember for best mo, worse mo, reddest mo etc etc.
