Yeh, yeh soon....... :P

I'll still muck around with this til the day I sell it. :D

A few little additions to the asthetics....

Genuine JDM Spec B STi lip fitted...

Genuine JDM splash guards and strakes fitted....

Im not sold on the rear ones. I have a genuine JDM rear lip which will be painted shortly and continues the line of the side skirts around the rear bar. This will require the removal of the rear splash guards and I'll probably remove the strakes as well or paint them silver. Unsure what to do with the strakes atm, remove or repaint.

Also just had the club dyno day. A great turnout with 23 cars on the dyno plus alot of spectators.

Professional photographer Jun Sawa was there to cover the day with a spread in Fast Fours predicted. Two of his shots below...

Lip looks good Mark. Was this the one you repaired?

Pics look cool too.

Ugly.
Get rid of all of them.
They break up the clean lines (too 'boxy') and apear to make the car sit higher. I think there is enough black on the car with the taillights, tint, wheels, etc.

Silver JDM rear lip would be cool.

Brand new genuine lip from Japan. The one I reapired was an Ultrex one.

To be honest Jason, the more I look at them, the more Im agreeing with you.......... about the rears. The fronts tie in really well with the lip and seems to finish it off IMO.

I will remove the rears tomorrow and have a look at it.

I will get the lip painted in the next few weeks along with a few other bits and fit it. Rears will have to go anyway when the lip goes on.

What power did you make on the dyno?

I agree with Jase. I would bin the black additions. Lip looks great though.

Shazza

Cheers guys. :D

I still want the rear lip more which means losing the rear splash guards anyway. Im REALLY waiting to fit the Blitzen rear wing. That looks HAAAAAWT! :D

I'll get the lip painted and fit it, then everyone can decide which looks best. ;)

It made 132kw on the dyno, just needs a tune now to make the most of the mods.

Goes well with the whole Black and Silver theme you got going on.

I agree with this statement.
They look a bit pov spec, reminds me of some base models cars where bits of the car were not colour coded to save $$.

Front lip spoiler looks great :D

Got an example of what the rear lip looks like on a gen4 Mark?

I would have gone to the kitchen, collected a brown bag, dropped my dacks, pinched off a loaf in said bag, done up dacks, stickytaped bag, placed bag in envelope, and mailed it right to your face for being such a tool.

It's ok, sometimes when we herp, we also derp.
