this is the damage caused
Minor scuffing to the rim
Bent end to the control arm (where the bolts are should mount completely flush)
Squished control arm bush

Might be worth sticking the rim on a wheel balance machine and see if it's bent or buckled.
Hope you get it sorted soon.
yeah, I am getting a replacement for it anyways but ill chuck it on dads balancer and see how it turns up..
I didnt get the taxi number plate or even see which one it was, it was at 1 in the morning, I was on my way home from work.. very tired and was too busy trying to avoid other poles etc to get a decent look at his car, I do think it was a silver fairmont....
