How much does it weight? Lighter than an Aluminium bonnet?
If it's broke use a cable tie.

i remember the carbon fiber bonnet Andy had on his bug eye weighed 3 fifths of f**k all. The lid on my center console probably weighed more

Wing is off to the painters, clear coat is peeling of the carbon which is a common problem. I ended up requesting the blade to be white and the inside of the sides to be white as well. Have to see when it gets back then i will decide whether to go wingless or not. On my bug before i did have a alluminiun bonnet which was light but it is no way lighter than my CF bonnet now, and as for the boot i had to take out the springs as it was so light it always swung opened when i pull the boot leaver. So now it only opens with a key, which is annoying.

IMO it looks bad with no spoiler JOhn-e. I was a big fan of the look before. +1 to put it back on !

Good looking car, with or without the spoiler, have seen a few around my way with the big spoiler removed and replaced with a small lip spoiler that look pretty sweet and very smooth.

Big spoilers IMO look bad as. I would also paint the CF parts. But I like understated. Its the surprise on the faces of people when you go around the outside in a stock looking car, not the look of hoon they give you because your car SO IS a hoon car. But I like Evo's anyway.
