nice looking front bar but it looks like it doesnt quite fit properly along the bottom of the headlight and where it meets up with the bonnet

Nice grill, that would look great on any B4. I don't mind the waffle style one mine has, but I like how that makes the front look more modern.

My left headlight has a bit of that fog happening on the top. Going to try a headlight restoration kit in a couple weeks, just to see if it works. Apparently an Avocado works too.. but that just seems weird.

wow, made bumper. I assume the OPs car is a Type a-c Legacy, with type D headlights. I have recently been thinking that the bumper is actually pretty nice, but very hard to obtain.

One shouldn't Ass-U-Me should one. The OP's car is actually an'02 AUDM B4 Liberty. That, I think, you'll find is a rev"D".
The bumpers are not at all difficult to obtain. The price is a little on the high side though.

The gap under the grille and bonnet edges detracts a little from the look and the car REALLY needs a rear skirt or matching rear bar to complete it. :)
