After having a quiet week with work this week I decided I needed another project. So I bought an Ultrex lip to put on the B4.

I decided to try the MY06-07 Wrx Sti Lip as I know of a couple of other B4's that have used a similar style and look awesome.

http://www.ultrex.co...my07-p-278.html

I knew it was never going to be bolt on job and Rob at Ultrex informed me of this also. In terms of how true this was- I only was able to use 1 screw hole that actually lined up between the lip and the bumper and that was the centre hole!! Every other hole in both the lip and bumper had to be drilled to get the lip to fit "just right".

As I dont have a proper jack or car ramp I ended up jacking the car up alternating either side probably about 5-6 times to line everything up before i drilled into anything. The lip turned out to be about an inch and a half too long in terms of where it ended at the guard. So I also had to cut off the excess (including little end plates). I had originally intended to glue these end plates back on, but after fiddling around with them for a while I decided it looks just fine without them.

So here are a couple of pics that I only just got in before the sun went down, so I will get some better pics tomorrow. Excuse the badly stone chipped front bar!!

Needless to say the front end looks TOUGH and I am very happy with the end result. Not bad for $180.

Looks good mate. Mine used to look like that but it has started to sag for some reason. Grab an sti front lip badge from Subaru($10 I think) make it look like a genuine sti lip.

Thanks guys, Mosti, I assume that was you I was pm-ing over on rexnet. Cant be that many silver b4's with MY06 lips going around. Cheers for the help. I ended up using an old kitchen knife heated up over the stove to cut the ends up. Worked like a hot knife through butter! Scuba Roo, dunno about colour coded. I have always liked them as black. Sort of breaks up the colour a bit. I am toying with the idea of getting the lip painted in a gloss black instead of its current flat black. When I gave the front end a wash before the photos and the lip was wet and glossy it looked schmick!

Looking good dude. Was telling a few guys at work today that this was something on my list of things for mine.

As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;

"My eye is watering, this might be a bit hot"

I should just convert to single, right?

More than likely not, unless you are keen to mod it..

The company is based in Perth, send them an email or message via eBay, they might have one..

I'm ready to buy one for my gen iv GT
