No boost after gear shift!

Noticed this a few weeks ago but havent thought much about it till now (been busy). When I'm accelerating, and say im in 2nd, rev to 4000 rpm, then shift to 3rd and go WOT, I have no power until about 3500 rpm. It does this without fail through every gear. I'm assuming it's boost I don't have since I don't have a boost gauge on yet. Have any of you experienced this? Is it a mechanical or ecu problem Maybe the ECV? I don't know, so any help would be great. Cheers, Trent
