First thing i would of thought was the alarm, Does it still accept the code? Do you have Injector pulse? What model Import motor did you swap it with?

The alarm is working accepts code and dash light rest of light that arent on before code and i can crank the engine so I dont think it is allarm dont know model of import engine but the intake manifold was different so i used mine (throttle body only had two plugs mine was three) so basically i used the long motor of the import then everything else is what i had on the car before Havent check injector pulse yet but will do this arvo

if the inlet manifold was different then the motor is from an earlier revision car and a lot of the sensors are different. make sure you use all of yours!! you said you did the crank angle sensor, what about the cam angle sensor?

not sure if the b4 ecu gives error codes while cranking but it might be worth checking this too.

+1 Just take it to someone if you don't know what's wrong.

There are too many variables to diagnose the problem over the net.

Will be easier and quicker.

if you've got no spark or injector pulse it's gotta be related to cam/crank sensors as these are what let the ecu know how far through a rotation it is, and therefore when to spark or open and injector. you've done the crank sensor, so check that the cam sensor is the same too. don't forget to check the wheel/pulley that triggers the sensor (i'm not familiar enough with the suby ones to know how they differ).

check the earth on the back of the inlet manifold is on properly, it has an eyelet which you bolt onto the manifold. You will find it on the runner closest to the passenger side. I had the same problem with the same sympotms. This is the earth for your manifold loom. Good luck!
