Looks wikkid Tom.

Did you get instructions? In English?

I take a very wild guess and say rate is the nut under the spring and height is the nut at the bottom of the leg. Rate will also alter the height.

Do they have adjustment for the dampner? I'm wondering what that is on the top of the strut.

Dont forget a 4 wheel align when your done. Custom settings FTW!

Cheers Jase :D

No instructions because they are second hand (hardly used, look brand new, no scratches or anything)

Yep, they have dampner adjusters, the photo is with the adjuster tools in the top, but they are usually removed. (the orange knobby bit)

I will fit them on Saturday, but then won't drive it for about 7 days because i'm going to site for work, but as soon as i get back it will get the alignment and adjustment done.

Just printing out the instructions you sent me, Cheers. Did you lower them with the 2 nuts just under the spring, or with the bottom thread bit? To lower it i assume you move the two orange thread parts lower to the ground, or is it the other way around?

I always got a shop to adjust them for me as it was only $20

Now dont qoute me on this as ive never adjusted them myself, but you leave the spring tension nuts (two of) as these simply put sufficient preload onto the spring.
The adjustment is done by loosening the lower bracket single nut and with the coilovers on the car you rotate the whole shock body, then once at your desired height lock the nut up.(obviously done with the car off the ground)

And its the other way around, the lower bracket will be moving up the thread to get lower, shortening the shock itself.
If you move the lower (orange) bracket towards the ground youll be getting higher.

Hope this helps
Matt

Tom, not only do you need that ride height, but also that colour and front bar!

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

uhm yeah, that pic is hot, i think i know how i want my b4 look like

As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;

"My eye is watering, this might be a bit hot"

I should just convert to single, right?

Tell me more about the sti centre caps. How many days did this take to incorporate into your build?

Well mate.

For starters I had to work many years to save up enough dough to fork out for the fuckers.

Then I took a couple of weeks off to finish off the job nicely.

Of course they where installed in the cleaned, sterilised, 20 degree environment, for maximum awesomeness.

The first center-cap took me about 3 days to install, because it was the first time I had ever taken on such a job.

By the last center-cap I was down to about 7.5 hours. A record smashing time if you ask me.

Video stylez.
In real time.
Youtube might reject it though due to it being longer than 10mins.....and it's explicit content
