What year car is it mate ?

Gen2 it is easy, 4 bolts and you can slide the whole front bar off with the reo and replace from there. Other generations I am not too sure about - give some more info about your car and someone will be able to give you some pointers !

There's 4 big bolts, 2 behind each headlight, that bolt the reo bar to the chassis rails. Unbolt all 4, and then detach the bumper from the rest of the car, and the whole reo + bumper assembly slide straight off.

I would have gone to the kitchen, collected a brown bag, dropped my dacks, pinched off a loaf in said bag, done up dacks, stickytaped bag, placed bag in envelope, and mailed it right to your face for being such a tool.

It's ok, sometimes when we herp, we also derp.

The 4 big bolts are the only things attaching it to the car, however the bumper is also attached in several places. Be sure to un-attach it before you try and rip the reo bar free, or you'll warp the bumper in fairly unpleasant ways and probably destroy the paint.

Here's the first bolt, in front of the air con condensor:

Here's the second bolt, behind the air con condenser:

There are two matching bolts on the other side of the car, but I can't get a camera in there these days.

As for the bumper, there's two places it joins at the radiator:

There's also a bracket in front of each wheel:

On top of these, there is one or two bolts above the brackets, on the inside of the bumper. I can't get a camera in there, but you will no doubt find them on your own...
