I have a front mount intercooler kit, intake, 3" catback exhaust (soon to make down pipes from turbos)iridum spark plugs. plus I have the triptronic automatic and know that there should be a way to change or make the shift points more crisp.

Okinawa is a cool place. Ive got friends who live in Chatan! We sometimes think of moving there. I remember being in Okinawa last year, the car scene was unbelieveable. There was heaps of Subaru Legacys! I remember seeing a group of 20 driving down the highway.
I would imagine there would be ample places to get the car tuned in Okinawa. Piggyback is your best option and most local places probably have most experience with Japanese items.
Are you part of the American military there? Only that you should be able to find a tuner through the American Japanese forums. Clubwrx.net has some American military guys who should point you in the right direction! Or http://www.okinawajapanforum.com/
