oh yeah one more thing, do you guys know why there is engine oil in rubber tube that connect to the spark plug? Just seem weird to have engine oil there...

hmmm sounds like you have leaky valve cover seal's.. as for the leads "Top Gun" or "Bosch" make some good leads.

Your spark plug tube seals need replacing - but you have to do the rocker cover gaskets at the same time.
Part numbers you need are;
Rocker Cover Gaskets - 13294AA053 x 2
Rocker Cover Bolt Washers - 13271AA071 x 10
Spark Plug Tube Seals - 10966AA030 x 4
The total RRP of all that is $121.41.

Do u have any basic mechanical experience? If not get your mechanic to do it...
