Will headers make my Outback sound a bit more "boxery"? (Sound a bit like a WRX?)
I have a 2.5" cat back exhaust and it sounds alright but I want to get it to sound like a wrx if i can.... Any help would be great..

Cheers, Sam

UEL headers will make it sound better.
The ebay ones will do the job.

Wheres the manditory audio/visual of the current setup?

I am waiting for a few little goodies first, then i will put up some photography... im busting to get it low ASAP though.
How much would you expect to pay for UEL headers? and do you know if they are an easy install?

Probably about $350?
Apparently they just bolt straight up.

You are allowed to put photos up no matter what it currently looks at!
Good way to keep track of the progress too

Mine has UEL, std centre section with a oval muffler.

It sounds TOO much like a WRX for a Liberty.

Tried a straight through centre section.
Sounds like a LOUD WRX.

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

Well I dont want it to sound like a fully sick loud arsed WRX just a nice, boxer sound. My cat back is a straight through from the cat with only one muffler at the tail end. if i was to put in headers, and maybe another resonator, would that be a better idea?

Probably about $350?
