Im wanting to know if the surrounds of the liberty b4 stereo are just clipped in and i can pull on it and it will pop out.

The reason being is that the previous owner had a hands free device put in and it sticks out through the side of the stereo and the dash. Looks crap and i want it gone....

What needs to be removed or undone without snapping or breaking anything.

Undo gear knob (twist) assuming it's manual...

Unclip plastic gear surrounds.

Pull out ash tray

Unscrew the two screws at the top of the gap in the ash tray (need a stubby phillips head)

You can now pull off the whole plastic trimming from around the CD player & A/C units.
