Just got back from Queenstown NZ. First time snow boarding and loved it. Snowed the entire week.

Yeah that was a good movie! the best bit IMO was seeing the archive footage of Terje at Riksgränsen (also the Jim Rippy and Iguchi stuff).

I'm not long home from Perisher. It was poor visability and snowed the first two days, but Saturday cleared up and was an awesome day. Ended up buying a helmet to mount the go pro, but the best footage IMO was from when i held it in my hand. Super keen to go back in Augest, but i come home to car rego/greenslip and i have a turbo and injectors to pay for.


When does the season finish up here?

You can't even buy a 2 day lift pass for that much!

Just picked up my unlimited pass for next year for $699, well you only need to pay $199 now and the rest later :D not sure how long it goes for though

Thought about it, but decided against it, good deal if you go 7+ days, but I chose to keep option of NZ open :)

Yeah its a pretty good deal aye! You heading down again this year? The station has a deal for 2 days/nights for $189. If it's still okay snow in a few weeks we are going for a slide

**** that's expensive :P I'm heading back next Thursday, spreets had a deal on, two night accommodation 2 day of passes and 50% of hire for $199. I don't need hire but it made it easier to convince mates
