BE drift

just thought I would post these vids up I found while trawling the net. I havent seen them before and figured that they are worth a look. There is two BE Legacy's. I believe the light silver one still has the twins and tears the track up. You can barely hear it over the noisy silvias. The the darker one sounds like it has a single conversion, definitely more rex boxer.
I would never want to do this, but still, interesting vids nevertheless.
B4 tearing it up!
B4 again
Sweet RWD BE burnout

Haha cool video's, but I have to say that has to be one of the worst burnouts i've ever seen.
Rest were mostly cool though.

How many other BE RWD burnouts have you seen?

I meant bad RWD burnout in general...not just in a BE.
THIS is how you do a burnout.

Nice launches there. Not trying to be a smartass , but isnt the point of a burnout to smoke the tyres while the car is stationary?

How very American of you... dude even civic's can do burnouts while stationary, doesn't mean they're powerful or good cars. Something that can smoke up rolling at 70km/h is where it's at.
As someone who owns a B4, those vid's are pretty cool to see, my point was that 3rd video his rear wheels were barely spinning.
The drifting however, was cool.

Agreed, sweet vid.

Every time I went in a burnout competition, the marshalls were quite clear, "No static burnouts!".
Two reasons, it digs holes in the track and they look gh3y.
Alex, the wheels were spinning faster than they look. Its just the frames per second of the vid match the rotational speed of the wheels. Kind of like a strobe light on a moving object.
Having said that, the BE burnout could have been a lot better.

How funny was the mini truck crash lol.
That's what happens when they try and do a real burnout. End up upside down in a ditch...

Well you can get skids on a skidpan or wet grass easily, but yes most of the time power is key, or converting to a 40-60, 35-65 or 30-70 power distribution works well.I'm curious, how do you drift an AWD? Obviously I've tried to do skids in my boring old RX, but I can't materialise any kind of rubber burn. I'm guessing the key is a lot of power.
Look up team orange on facetube, youbook, whatever the fcuk you kids boogle each other on.
