Anyone going to the motorshow in Syd this year... I got my media accreditation but have since heard that members of the general public can purchase the tickets for about $120 that I get to the premier (including free food and beer all day) it is a pretty good day I must say....much more enjoyable then the rest of the show (mainly due to the free beer and access to all vehicles

)

LOL bastardo!!!!! Tell him to get me a pic of the new FPV special addition that is to be shown... supposed to be the modern day equiv to the GT HO !!... Shhhh I shouldn;t say too much ahahaha did he mention the Keonigseggs or anything?

Nice one man... I hear that it will be a good show this year... Hopefully they will have the V8 Supercar simulator and the Evo Simulator again... those f**kers were fun.

Porsche BMW Fiat Alfa Aston Mercedes Audi Jaguar ^Those are just some of the brands that WON'T be there. So it'll be a poor show in comparison to previous years. Its basically down to the high costs associated with the manufactures getting exhibition space at the show. And when you consider the rather small market in Australia and the fact that there are a couple of motor-shows in Australia - its not viable for them to show up. I heard the Sydney and Melbourne shows have merged. And as a result - one city will host the motor show each year. Not sure if thats true or not but if it is, it will hopefully bring better quality shows to both cities. And yes, I'll be at the show no matter how shit it is. It'll be in my holidays!

I've never been, only attended Autosalon. Saw pix from last yr tho, had some nice lowriders mmmmm.....

would love to come to this one, but will have to wait till next year me thinks. hoping to go to the auto salon up here tho this year... think thats the only thing worth going to up here.. make sure someone takes the camera, so i can enjoy the photos from a distance!

he who laughs last .. thinks slowest....

not going this year........would never attend an australian autosalon..

would love to come to this one, but will have to wait till next year me thinks.

hoping to go to the auto salon up here tho this year... think thats the only thing worth going to up here..

make sure someone takes the camera, so i can enjoy the photos from a distance!

Damn, nice pic Shane. Motorshow is entertaining, not the best but is still a good day out. Maybe a few of us Syd guys can hit it up together and swing by a bar for some drinks as well
