In the beginning God created day and night. He created day for footy matches, going to the beach.....
And BBQ's......
He created night for going prawning, sleeping and BBQ's, God saw that it was good.
On the Second Day, God created water....for surfing, swimming, BBQ's on the beach,
and God saw that it was good.
On the Third Day God created the Earth to bring forth plants to provide malt and yeast for beer
and wood for BBQs, and God saw that it was good..
On the Fourth Day God created animals and crustaceans, chops, sausages, steak and prawns for BBQ's, and God saw that it was good.
On the Fifth day God created a Bloke to go to the footy, enjoy the beach, drink the beer and eat the meat and prawns at BBQ's, and God saw that it was good.
On the Sixth Day God saw that the Bloke was lonely and needed someone to go to the footy, surf, drink beer, eat and stand around the barbie with.
So God created Mates, and God saw that they were good Blokes, and God saw that it was good.
On the Seventh Day God looked around at the twinkling barbie fires, heard the hiss of opening beer cans and the raucous laughter of all the Blokes. He smelled the aroma of grilled chops and sizzling prawns and God Saw that it was good .. ....
Well.... Almost good.....
He saw that the Blokes were too tired to clean up and needed a rest.
So God created Sheilas to clean the house, to bear children, to wash, to cook and to clean the Barbie, and then God saw that it was not just good.....
It was better than that, it was Bloody Awesome!

I can't really think of any shipyard that would spare a cool 4.5bill for a project that would have an extremly limited market... be only a couple of people in the world who could possibly even dream of spending that much on a luxury item such as this, then who is to say that they would even be interested - it is not like it is a good investment.
Not impossible... but I have a few doubts.
BTW it's not a super yacht, price tag doesn't dictate that, the length does and that is not long enough to qualify.

Cool, not entirely convinced though....

I don't think a shipyard is building them for production or anything!! lol
It would be a one off order.

We are talking about a yacht so expensive that Australias richest people would need to sell a majority of their assets to even afford the initial purchase.

investors get spooked by the stock market and turn to gold for security, share market looks up and they sell out and head back to try and make a quick buck from securities.

yeah AUD$1493 oz which is slightly down, share prices are up across the board today so generally gold goes down (not always but it's a normal trend)
investors get spooked by the stock market and turn to gold for security, share market looks up and they sell out and head back to try and make a quick buck from securities.
1oz = 28G
36oz/KG
36 * 1493 = 53748
53748 * 100000 = 5374800000
?????????
one of my all time favourite is Cantwo
That's OK, I still like you anyway.

Some dude in a yellow raincoat was on the roof of the branch out the back. Security was called, 4 police here in 5 mins. etc etc.
turns out a contractor installing signage on the building next to ours left his keys up there and was just getting them.
Lol.
I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts, right off.
