When you first put them in they may seem like they don't fit, you gotta force them and then they will.

Colour coded grille, leave the front lip black :)

x2

Did you try using a heat gun/hair dryer to mould it while you were fitting it?

Simple process of heat, mould, spray with water and mount or heat -> mould -> mount -> spray

chris; yeah did use a hair dryer on it for a while while moulding [forcing it to bend haha], even cut notches out of the underside so it had room to bend. it worked quite well i guess.. :)

* not everyone :)

Sam thought the lip should be colour coded too. Im torn. hahaa..

Ill def's have to have a go at PShop colouring it before i try it, i dont want to be unhappy with the result..

although, i would loooove to have this kind of look going on:

*****will upload pic soon.. We're over our monthly usage cap so internet is at a snails pace! :(

So, i have finally installed the new front lip on my car and what can i say...its awesome !!

Basically all i did " with advice from SAV84C " was find the center of the lip and the center of the bumper. I marked these two out and simply put a TEK screw up through the bumper and into the lip that was resting behind. Then i simply self tapped in more screws to the shape of the cars body and did a little bit of trimming of the ends to make it look all even. Im happy with the results, give me your opinions :D :D

Is that a USDM stocko bar with a lip on the champagne wagon?

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Yep. But USDM stocko bar is very simlar to AUDM 99/00' bar. If you're tempted to try that on your wagz Shaz, I'm sure it could work.

Thanks,

Hey mate, got it off ebay. http://www.ebay.com/...=item519b16717f

Basically, it took about 45 minutes. Id reccomend grabbing a mate to help you hold it in place.
  • Mark the center of the lip with the center of your bumper for reference and start there
  • Use some self tapping small roofing screws with pan heads as they grab really well and sit flush
  • Work from the center out, constantly bending and checking the lip is running in line with your bumper.
