don't know mate? i don't know how good they're be on the earlier raised letter calipers, i think they'd work better on the later model 4 pots which have a flat surface for the logo (like the rear 2 pots have).

if you try some let me know how they go as i painted the whole calipers on my liberty red ;)

i got stung by them aswell.

They clearly show a picture of the stickers fitting on 4 pots.

Then you get the stickers, and theyre way too small. Might be able to do the rears but thats all. Its a sham.

Why not paint?

I saw your reply and am disappointed at the lack of pictures of bowls of rice.

Cheers,

mine were not that easy. the lettering has imperfections around the sides so have no really defined edges. several hours and a few re-applications of paint later i decided to leave them all red. might try again one of these days but honestly it's a real pita to do well

Grind the raised SUBARU down.
Paint them black.
Put white stickers on.
Clear coat them.

So tell me.

How do these stickers tolerate hard braking temperatures?

No idea but my mate who make stickers and does sign writing and all that stuff as a job said they do. Will be painting them either this weekend or next so will keep you guys updated on how it all goes. If the stickers go well i might get a heap made up and sell them on here for cost to my fellow subyclub friends. :yahoo:

yeah i ended up just goin with all black to.. but since i decided to go all black i thought of another way of doing it other then tape or just using a steady hand..

when painting around the house, u can get this stuff u paint on glass.. when it hardens u can paint the wood or whatever around around the window... then when ur paint is dry u can just peel it off.. i think if u use this stuff (no idea what the name of it is, bunnings has the stuff) and then hit the raise lettering with a grinder and flappy wheel, u should get a better finish with better edges then using masking tape.. not goin to bother tryin with mine as im keen to stick with just the black..

There's a place in England I get all my caliper stickers from.

Brembo, STI, SUBARU, they do the lot AND the exact oem size including the raised letter 2 pots.......

Through my own fault I stuffed a decal up, so instead of waiting for another set, I painted the raised lettering by hand....

Pretty happy with the result.....
