Deadset bro, I would not, not for 25K, I have put a lot of work into my car believe it or not, I enjoy it for all the faults it has (yes there are plenty) I am not so hard up for cash that I would consider selling it for a 10K gain, I could probably go purchase something else etc etc but not my thing.
