Nik, Chris goes to me, drive it around the block and see what you think......... I drove the thing a few meters jn the petrol station and me and Aek both said the same thing.... Metal on metal. Could feel the brake pad undulating underfoot and just a nasty nasty noise when on brakes!

@Morgs: What the **** does buffered mean? I don't know if KT will enjoy finding out you're talking about your sex life again.

What up gents!

**** I hate Swan Draught! Went to a quiz night last night. Bought a sixer if hop Rocker pils. Got there to find it wasn't byo and they wouldn't let me in with my beer. The bar was a disgrace. Swan Draught, Carlton draught, Carlton mid, Tooheys Old. Bottled beer was basically the same. So we went with jugs of swanny D.
I've got such a dirty head this morning and I only had one and a half jugs. Personally with the choice they had I would have gone with the tooheys old, but the other boys were being soft about drinking dark beer. Which Too Old is only barely a dark beer.

But weather is nice. And I've got a starter motor to fit. Just got to get hold of a jack and some stands before climbing under two ton Tessy.

Sig worthy.

Haha, glad I read your whole post Brett, I'd be on the Old as well after hearing the options.

@Morgan: Nice one.

I have a note on my desk that reads;

"please put strawberries in coolroom too heavy for my little arms thanks muscle man from ****"

Women know how to get out of doing something themselves like a muffuggaa!

Also this is a small girl feeding a giraffe;

Holy crap. Pads in backwards. That would not have been fun. This is why I stay away from doing diy on the serious stuff. Guaranteed I'd **** it up.

sorry if this is a repost

You could build a fairly sizeable house with the bricks he pooped during that "moment". Massive skills to bring it back though.
Watching that vid, all I could think was Tyres! Such an evil piece road to race around, and soooo many high speed corners.

Sig worthy.

Oooooohhhhhh no WAY! Mark Higgins!

Haha, massive repost, he's broken records at Washington mountain hillclimb and pikes peak since then.

H.TH

:D

I'm still going to watch it again. :D

That's the video that has 'the biggest moment' in it.

Worst part about that video is the ridiculous lawn mower engine noise dubbed in, and dance music to boot.

I reckon taking a lap of the IoM TT course at half that speed would be amazing. Definitely going to head to IoM next time we go to England. My sister in law's family all live there.

Higgins is a pretty solid driver hey. I remember when he used to bring VW Golf kit cars down for Rally Australia back in the late 90's. Was always giving 200%, and even though he was in a less powerful car than the top flight WRC drivers (think Kankunen, makkinen, Auriol, Sainz, Mccrae, etc etc), he was still more entertaining to watch.

Sig worthy.
