Just needs a good wheel alignment.

Previous owned may have hit a few decent potholes

That, or if a previous owner has had the steering wheel off, they haven't centered the wheels before reattaching to steering column.

Cheers,
Shazza

Tim, book it into Howard Revell steering in Fyshwick for a wheel alignment - tell them I sent you.
Get them to set the Toe to 0.00 all round while your going too.

Aek, if the LH and RH toe are not even (wheel to one side) and you correct this by pulling the wheel off, the steering rack is still not operating from center in the straight ahead position. Must be a fair way out if you can get one spline of movement.

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

yeah i'm sure it's not the best thing to do lol. i only did it once after i had a wheel alignment, the car tracked straight but the wheel was still maybe two teeth to the right so i just pulled it off and straightened it

I would have taken it back.
That should have been picked up on the road test.
