You could get a set of WRX or RS Liberty headers, but you will have to get an exhaust shop to make up a section of pipe to fit it.

Probably just better off going for the ebay ones, although the wrx ones don't sound as tinny.

The wrx or rs uel headers bolt straight on all you have to do is get an exhaust shop to tap in an o2 sensor into your stock up pipe, because your cant have your o2 sensor in the wrx headers because they're cast iron.
And wrx headers can be picked up for about 100 bucks try rexnet that's where i got mine from. hope that helps

I thought the WRX ones only bolted up to the gen 2 rx's??

Don't the gen 3 RX have the same setup as the 2.2 GX's??

What car does OP have? I think it's a gen 3.

I found a second hand pair of Borla Replicas for $180.. a month old.

I was told Gen1 headers were unequal and would bolt up too?

i've tried the gen 1 headers... they go the wrong way and would sit under the gearbox sump... which is a bugger... i looked at them afterward and thought that maybe if you cut them at the front of the pipe and flipped the y section upside down the would fit... but was too much hassle...

where did you get them for 180?? that would be perfect... i just don't wanna pay 350 for em... anyone know of anyone in WA that has some??

The plastic under tray you need to cut it. Not the sump.
