I find it funny how cars seem to get bigger as they progress through their developmental generations. Then a new model is released to fill the small car gap. Eg Honda Civic got big and then the Jazz now fills the role the civic used to play. Similar with the 3 series now being replaced with the 1. Seeing the E30 next to the E82 really shows that.

Sig worthy.

No mate, sorry. I really love the old Bimmers, but I would take the 1M over the 30. Wouldn't be an easy choice, but I'd have to go with the newer, I don't think M cars are ever 'souless' anyway.

All too true.

It's like the car manufacturers are too proud to realise "ahh... whoops. we've lost essence of the original vehicle's dynamics in the pursuit of more head room and rear occupant space... so here... have a new model".

New models make it fun and exciting.

Pity Honda haven't released a Jazz with a K20/24.

Indeed it would be a hard choice, no doubt.

But it would be like either bonking a hot 20 something year old, or a newborn baby.

I know what I'd rather.

What've you done with the dog? Oh I had a really good IPA you might like to try. Lagunitas IPA. They do an imperial as well with about 78iBU which sounds like it's right up your alley.

Sig worthy.
