Josh- they took the WRC away from us, so you can kind of get why we'd be pissed if people didn't go to it on the east coast. I realise you're o ly one person but the point is, if you can't be bothered then others are probably in the same boat. I used to buy the exy 3 day ticket every year. It was the best week of the year for me. I was gutted when the WA govt gave it up.
So just go dude. You won't be dissappointed. WRCars on full song are a real site to behold. I'm assuming you haven't seen them before. Think twice as fast as Lee's rally car through the corners!

Such nice weather today. Car is cleaned top to bottom, apartment is cleaned top to bottom.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

bwahahahahaha just tried one of my homebrews. I'm sure it said pale ale on the tin, but it tastes like cider. Acetaldehyde is very apparent. Colour is good( a little dark for a pale), clarity is awesome and carbonation is a fraction high. It's drinkable but I'll give it another few weeks of conditioning.

My sister and her bf got up there this morning, all their friends have gone too, you will be dissapointed to know that I am not attending, couldn't get hold of a ticket as much as I tried.
I would also have had to battle mental traffic getting into the town. Closest my sister could get parking to the event ended up being at the hotel they are staying at, 35 mins walk to get back to the venue lol... don't think that people can't be bothered going, if anything too many people have gone.

Edit...... Insert insane amounts of swearing here.... Ticketek chick said that I couldn't get tickets at the venue........My sister just called me to say that this was incorrect and there are sales at the venue.

"A massive crowd this afternoon swamped the City Centre to herald the arrival of the Rally Australia World Rally Championship round to town. For the world's leading drivers it was an uplifting and at times deafening welcome.
Seven-time world champion Sebastien Loeb and Ford rival, Briton Matthew Wilson, have praised the Coffs Coast and its potential to become a regular fixture on the WRC calendar.

"The stages are very fast, but it all depends on what sort of weather we get in the coming days. Overall its great to be back in Australia the whole thing here is interesting," Loeb said.

Wilson said the drivers had received one of the most memorable receptions of the championships.

"The rally has taken over, when was the last place you got off the plane at an airport for a WRC round and saw a rally car parked alongside the runway," Wilson said.

"The organisers are doing a great job with the promotion of the event."

"Wherever you go around here, the event is just massive."

Baaah god dammit. Few costly misses in the 2nd quater lost it for them.

Helps that the umpire had his collingwood undies on under that uniform.

Also, Dylan appears to be at the rally according to bookface.
