The burgers up the street from work were awesome, til I went to NZ and had fergburger burgers....now I can't eat the local burger!
I think burgers are my favourite food.
Damn I'm hungry haha!
How was everyones weekend! Nice that the weather is warming up! But glad some snow is still falling, gonna head down next weekend for a last hooray spring slide!

Jaguar put on-board cameras on their D-Types for Le Mans 1955. There's footage on YouTube of Mike Hawthorn driving the circuit.

Weather is getting nice and warm. Zero condensation on the car as I left for work this morning. First time in months!!
W/E was ok. Fun Suby meet, Primary School reunion. Haven't seen those guys in 12 years and we got along like we were still all best buddies!
On the other hand, found out that my best mate from HS lost his dad on Saturday morning.
Heart attack at 7:30 and dead by 8:30. 46 years old. Healthy as far as anyone knew. Real shame. He was a top bloke...

My weekend was pretty good - helped Alex get the red sled going Friday night, then indulged in some late night shenanigans on empty roads on the way home. Saturday was in the Hunter Valley looking at the wedding venue (and buying wine + cheese for Sunday Sips), then home for a friend's farewell. Pro tip; avoid Ettalong Bowling Club like the plague. What a dive. Sunday was a "spirited" run down the Old Pac to see a mate and stare at his eternal Maserati project, then home for wine + cheese on the lounge while watching Monster Garage

I had a mate back in high school who had almost exactly the same thing happen.
He (mate's dad) used to assistant coach my footy team, he used to run laps and keep pace with the best of us most times.
Mid 40's - a week after my mate's birthday, just never woke up. Had a heart attack during the night.
Cruel world.

Last I heard funeral for Todd is going to be on Friday.
Primary school reunion? Haha. Now I've heard it all.
Haha we were a very tight class. Only about 20 of us in the grade...
Year 6 teacher was Kate Bracks who just won Master Chef - I had moved to the Coast by then though...

Morgan - that is really sad mate! Guess that being 'fit and healthy' simply does not always prevent these things. Such a young age!

The State Government's yearly take from parking meters at five public hospitals will jump 73 per cent over three years as the Health Department more than doubles daily staff parking fees by 2014.

Saturday morning, i went and cleaned my car, top to bottom. Fitted new floor mats. Went home and cleaned my house top to bottom, and threw out heaps of old shit. Went to the meet Sat night, blew away a Golf and WRX hatch, then went home and played COD.
Sunday, went and tinted a Mirage, then came home to my missus, her friend, and her sister all sitting in my loungeroom doing a Jersey Shore marathon or someshit. So i went and drank beer.
I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts, right off.
