How's this for randomness.
A workmate has had a 96ish WRX for the last 6 years, got it stolen about a week ago.
The found it this morning, so we went and checked it out (not far from work).
Checked everything, seemed okay. Checked under the bonnet, this is what I found:
It has an early model Legacy Twin Turbo motor in it!!! WHAT THE TRUCK.
He thought it was single turbo for 6 years and didn't even notice.
I've driven it before a couple of times and I didn't even notice. It is and was running like absolute shit though.
I don't know why someone bothered to convert it to TT. hahaha Weird.
I thought it had a bit more torque than a single turbo down low.

There's also a big dent in the rear quarter.
But it's dented and faded all over.
It's probably the worst kept car I've seen. Both mechanically and appearance wise.
He doesn't take care of it at all.
It's a Club Spec Evo 2 by the way.
