loving your work Mr S. I was doing a very similar thing earlier. Except I had a 3.5 yr old instead of a Dog, and a book instead of a lappy.AAaaahhhhhhhh.....sittin in the backyard with the dog, laptop and 2 beers (so i dont have to get up).
ahhhh.
Now all caught up on GT too, busy day!

@walts, or anyone that knows.. which pipe do you splice into for a boost gauge install on a B4 - from googlin' I think its the small pipe behind the alternator as per this thread... I may get a gauge at some point so I can see wtf is going on. I like your one, colours match the dash nicely.

Any hose coming off the manifold mate. There should be about 3 in the middle easy to get to.

What should I be looking at when buying a boost gauge. The Defi ones are silly expensive, there is a Turbosmart one that looks similar to the B4 dash... thoughts?

lol fair enough. Seems Shaz used the turbosmart one in his. I can see why the Defi ones are expensive. Did not notice they can record the the levels and play it back... really don't need that, just want to see whats happening.
