I have been meaning to go to Jenolan Caves which is a day trip from Sydney. Massive arse cave system there... Been there Adamous?

Wombeyan caves is good and aparantly less touristy.
Also closer to home for me. Ive done a day trip out there, but its not a road id take my car on from my end. (theres 2 ways into there)

Out past Dunsborough, near Bunker Bay, Brett!
The brewery itself has horizontal fermenters/serving tanks - very cool to see on this smaller scale. I can wrap my head around 1200L a lot better thatn 1200H!.
So near Yallingup then. Wanker!

I figured out of towners might know of Yallingup more than Dunsbrough.
So the brewery has a Burton union set up? With all the fermenters hooked up in sequence, so the wort can move through the system.

Cant say I have a clue where Yallingup is, but I have heard of Dunsbrough

Correct on all fronts my manYallingup is pretty famous for some epic surfing. You don't do sport Josh so you don't count. Plus you only know Dunsbrough because it has a bakery!

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,right off.

Whole house + verandah is being painted in the next few months so blood stains will disappear
