I probably come across as a bitter, spiteful hack out to get RSLC, but that's not the case. I'm just a bitter, spite-full curmudgeon who hates EVERYONE.

Curiously, if a FMIC is engineered is it then deemed okay to be on there? Therefore cant be defected on it?

I click on the "New posts" button on RSLC at least once a day and have a look through.

I only click on the shit I'm interesting in though and don't see the bad parts of it.

ADRs/NSW laws are contradictory, so they can get you for anything.

Make the FMIC neat and tidy and you stand a FAR better chance of getting off. I've been pulled over twice and had the bonnet popped, but with my airbox and no BOV (and fairly neat hoses, no fluid leaks/etc) the cops don't say a thing. I might not get through a defect station in Sydney, but they're fairly rare to come up against on the Central Coast. An engineer's cert is something I think i'll look into though.

My engineers cert is quite thorough and includes everything modified on the car, like seats, wheels, bonnet.

Id feel stupid doing a mod like a FMIC and then not get that added to the certificate!
