I have camped there.. not the sort of place you would camp with a girl.... bit wild.. my mate tent got burnt down.

Yeah it does. It seriously is a grass field, with a shed as a building.

I flew back from Bathurst to Sydney in one of those twin prop REX planes.

I don;t think commercial airliners fly into there though. It would have to be Mascot airport.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts, right off.

Haha camping is always a risk anywhere. Will it rain? Will a massive storm brew and blow the tent down? Will some bogan, that's had more than his 24 cans of VB gold, drop his lit Winnie blue on the tent and set it on fire?
It's part of what makes camping awesome.

I have driven around it a few times, but it was night time during the race weekend.

Shame it was in an X-trail.

I have taken the lib around once though... but it was heavily patrolled by HW patrol.
