More excitedly though, will be the announcement today from the Reserve Bank on the predicted interest rate drop.

My Bank Manager mate has deliberately stalled my loan application just to capitalise on the drop in the interest rate.

Then he'll lock me in at that rate, for three years.

Sup all!

Not working today, although I don't care about the cup, so would prefer to get the double time, Can't win them all :)

As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;

"My eye is watering, this might be a bit hot"

I should just convert to single, right?

Good luck with that, hoping for your sake they do drop it :D

Haha nah, bro

I think I plugged a computer into a powerpoint in my first week of employment here and I was dubbed the resident IT guy...

LOL @ this.

When I was studying at Uni, I was working at a labour agency, for an electronics company.

I was moving million dollar electronics machines, and installing and aligning processing plants. They decided to keep me for a bit, after the new production line was installed.

I was doing boring, medial jobs, but the pay was kinda cool for a 19yo. ($18 hour)

One day, my boss (late 50s of age) approached me, and asked if I knew anything about computers. I told him I studied 3 unit computers at high school, and I knew a bit about programming.

So he tested me... He asked me to open MS Excel.

Now, in the past, I've seen him open MS Excel, through the Start Menu (circa Windows98), despite having office shortcuts bar in the upper right screen.

So I opened Excel using the shortcut. BAM! It opens.

Boss, stunned.... closes it again. Asked me to do it again, with some disbelief.

So I did. Shortcut. Again.

So he thanked me, and left.

The following day, they were offering me a permanent position in charge of a production plant manufacturing commander telephones and toshiba laptops, earning $80k pa.

I politely declined.

LOL

You going fixed rate Alex?

Just out of curiosity, why? Security of repayments?

Cheah. Fixed.

Pretty much.

Fairy muff.

Will be interesting to see if they actually cut the rate. I don't personally think they will, but who knows, you might be in luck!

The decision is yours Shaz... owning the reserve bank and all.. What makes you think they will hold the current rate?

Neiwad. All my coin on that one.

Yes I'm not sure how It's spelled. But if I was smart I'd put the bet on yesterday, still haven't left the hotel and now he's in single digits.

Well they reckon inflation isn't rising as much as they originally thought; not enough to warrant a rate rise anyway.

But, it is definitely not dropping. So yeah, that makes me think they won't. But again, who knows. The monkeys in charge of the RBA should be fired.
