You release the nut, the insert is inside that. You can then adjust the valving

Would saying "take it to a dealership to get it serviced" be about as technical as it gets Marv?

perhaps a DIY in how to hand the keys to your Subaru with ugleeeewheels to a pimply nosed mechanical apprentice would help here?

FFS. That's not what I'd describe as "adjustable suspension".

It can be re-valved, which in a sense is adjusting them.

In his initial post he also asked if they were height adjustable. Which they definitely are not. (without the installation of new springs)

Adjustable suspension to me, means coilovers which their camber, height, toe-in can be adjusted easily. Or normal suspension with adjustable top hats.

Don't call me a techaphobe when I say that Billy's aren't adjustable although they can be re-valved.

I know Alex.

But do you agree that although a shock can be re-valved, should it be defined as "adjustable suspension"??

And Nik, I just watched your vid! hahaha why the hell do you have an Adelaide 36ers top???

jesus. panties twisted much? You nik and ams continually bang on about not talking tech in here because it is going to give you a headache. Or you get confused and feel out of your depth. Or you think it will cause childhood obesity.

Your original post was so far off the mark it may as well have been talking about lada nivas. Stick to telling everyone how good your twin turbo and pleather is champ

Theyre adjustable for anyone who knows their arse from the end of a spanner. Some pink sti shocks are the same.

They are still not what I'd call adjustable suspension.

And you probably wouldn't call them adjustable suspension either if it was not for the sake of this argument. Or would any body else for that matter.

Bullshit. They are known as adjustable dampers in the auto industry. Ive ordered them from bilstein and h&r for cars and theyre listed by suspension manufacturers as adjustables.

You might have Billy coilovers.

Normal Subaru Billy's aren't really adjustable.

Also, how the hell is this statement wrong?

Stick to leds, champ
