My first car was a 2500TC in mustard yellow. I loved the shit out of that car, bit it just got too exy to keep fixing and running. I was at uni at the time. Pulled all the wood grain dash and door trims out and refurbished them. Cleaned up all the vinyl and put new carpets in it.DO IT!!!!!!!!!

I like the idea of tinkering. I just don't get the time you need to be able to devote to it. With a wife, a kid, a business and another job I'm barely getting time to detail my cars these days.Awesome
I know nothing about them, Just like them because they are something that can be restored.
I have a higher "attraction" to a car that can be restored over a car the looks good already.
I like to tinker!

Having said that, if that blue dolomite was in Perth I'd buy it without even asking the wife lol.

Rust and oil leaks were factory specifications. I still love them but. Also don't forget they were doing some pretty good things for their time. Independent rear suspension (something Holden caught on to for their in the 90s), power assisted brakes and steering, disc brakes to name a few.mass lollage at the rusty old british heaps!
