I know its a concept, but those Brembos, rear diffuser and quad exhaust pipes are very suggestive I'd be very surprised if its not turbo'd. If not at initial release, give it a couple years and it'll grow a snail for sure...Having not read any of this article and possibly making some assumptions, is this thing turbo charged?

What an exciting life you must live.I always wondered why Subarus had the front caliper on the rear side of the disc, while the Evo's had the front caliper on the front side of the disc.

Some use front front brakes, some use back front brakes. Don't know why.

Self confessed technophobe, is it possible they are still battling with the new Toyota designed direct injection that this engine will run, with the turbo setup?
Cheers,

Hah, that's a load of crap.read somewhere in relation to the brz, that it will be NA due to the same reason this is rwd, there is no room left in the engine bay and surrounding areas, as it is lower and more compact then ever before, leaving no room for drive to the front wheels, or a turbo
They'll find space.
Check out where the new Liberty GT turbos are, almost under the engine by the exhaust manifold. They will make it fit.
Also, the weirdest thing about this car will be its cousin, the Toyota. Will be strange seeing one cruise past with an exhaust sounding like a Subaru...
