Brett, why you not stop heating water when it got to the right strike temp?

We have our water already hot in our hot liquor tank. So we don't heat our strike water. We add cold to it while we are getting our volume in the mash tun, so we obtain our desired strike temp. I just forgot to bring in some cold when I started filling the tun. Luckily I picked up my mistake when I did. Any more and it would have been a real struggle to bring the temp down. 441L was our volume on this particular brew.

Also, I refuse to acknowledge that car as a 2013 model unless it is not at all manufactured until 2013. Posted Image

Yeah
I have no interest in it whatsoever (atheist here), but i picked it because it scales REALLY well, and i have a good background knowledge of religions (overly religious primary school)
